ChucK is text based audio programming language. It is based upon the idea of creating strings of code that can be put on top of each other and removed at will. The code is very and easy to get started programing.  It is definitely a processor hog but seems to be in relitively early stages of developement.  check it out at http://chuck.cs.princeton.edu/

Lily is a visual programming language that is very similar to max/msp or Pure Data. However it is installed inside of Firefox.  It recently was moved to public beta 2. Libraries have been made for it that allow for easy communication with other apps(processing) and hardware(arduino) you can check it out at  Lilyapp.org. here is a sample patch by Bill Orcutt.

I just installed this Firefox plugin called ShiftSpace . It allows for users to comment on websites and view others comments. It is very easy to use and is quick to get installed. check out the video below. here the link to there site. http://www.shiftspace.org/

GPSed dot com

GPSed.com is a free service that allows for gps tracking on gps enabled smart phones. The service allows you to upload your GPS logs public or private archive.

The Whale Hunt dot com

 TheWhaleHunt.com is an interesting approach to story telling through an interface.  It allows users to have control over what they want to know about the event.

Something I put together it is a yahoo pipe that links 3 people together.
